Minimum nightly stay requirements apply during certain dates.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21. Anyone found breaking this policy will be required to leave the premises immediately with no refund.
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times.
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by Phuket Serenity Villa via bank transfer. Bank account details will be provided once the booking form has been received. Phuket Serenity Villas will not be responsible in the bank charge or bank fees in consequent of transferring money.
The remaining balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. Upon receipt of the final payment voucher will be sent to the customer by email. If the payment of the remaining balance is not received on or before this deadline, the booking is subject to cancellation without further notice.
The payment policy applies to all bookings unless the property you have booked has different terms and conditions to those stated above. Any policies dictated by the villa’s owner will always take precedence over the policy stated here.
Additionally to rental payment terms a security deposit is required to be paid in advance. The amount may vary depending on the villa and will be advice before the final confirmation.
The payment of security deposit can be paid via bank transfer or directly in cash to the owner upon arrival at the property. The Owner may refuse access to the property in case the deposit is not paid.
This deposit will be refunded within one month after check out date, less any additional expenses and any damage the property may have incurred.
Customers are responsible for any damage to the Villa or its contents, which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the villa or their guest. Damage must be immediately reported to villa owners. The cost of replacement must be paid by the clients or deducted from security deposit.
On arrival the customer must show the rental voucher and passport or identity card to the owner. Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. Late check out or early check-in can be arrange depending on availability and will be charged accordingly
All claims relating to stays must be formulated in writing and addressed by registered mail to Phuket Serenity Villa as soon as possible and not later than thirty days after the check out date. The High Court Sitting in Commercial Matters in Phuket will deal with any dispute.
The customer will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursements if he should shorten or interrupt their stay for any reason whatsoever (including strikes, repatriation for medical reason etc). No reimbursement will be made for non-use of the services ordered without prior cancellation.
All rates are published in Euros for your information and are based on market conditions; therefore Phuket Serenity Villas reserves the right, in case of considerable fluctuation of the exchange rates, to modify prices without prior notice. Final rates will be advice in Thai Baht before final confirmation and will not range after confirmation.
Guests agree not to exceed the maximum occupancy that is listed on the confirmation.
